Reports
This Governance Structure shows the reporting lines of how all the workstreams of North West ADASS fit together.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been developed to assist the 23 upper tier local authorities that make up the North West Region. It includes sharing of best practice, shadowing, buddying, action learning and offers of support. The MoU has been signed off by the lead portfolio holder, chief executive and DASS for each of the 23 authorities.
The NW SLI Programme Director and Chair of the SLI Board have worked with colleagues to update and agree the scope of peer challenges and key areas of focus. The process includes agreeing a schedule of meetings with key individuals and teams, including Councillors, senior managers, other Council staff, service users, carers and partners and a list of key documents for the peer challenge team to have access to before and during the 3 days on site review.
The TEASC Risk Awareness Tool is based on the six domains of the ADASS framework, each of which encompasses a number of performance areas. To demonstrate progress in each area, local authorities are encouraged to assess themselves against the score matrix, and to record the evidence it has to support the score.
