In 2016, Bury Council on behalf of the 23 councils in the North West of England, commissioned PACEC Ltd. to complete the ‘North West Dementia Perspectives: State of the Region Report’
The purpose of the report was to outline the status of dementia care in the North West (NW) of England as of March 2015 by highlighting both progress made and gaps in service development and provision, and reviewing this against the relevant English policy context
